With over four decades of experience in silicon carbide-based materials, Silcarb operates a 7-acre manufacturing facility in Bangalore, India, serving domestic and international industrial markets.

MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE

Silcarb’s manufacturing operations are structured specifically for high-temperature ceramic processing and silicon carbide-based material systems.

The facility includes:

  • High-temperature furnaces operating up to 2600°C
  • Nitrogen atmosphere sintering systems (up to 100 bar)
  • Siliconizing furnaces for Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide (RBSIC/SISIC)
